Frequent Confession Calms our Anxiety- Helps our Mental Health
Reflections from a Master Teacher: Servant of God, Reverend John Hardon S.J.

I am honored to write this blog. Father John Hardon S.J and my mother Mildred Duff had a long spiritual relationship. She would attend his retreats and spoke with him on more than a few occasions. Mildred would be seen at home regularly listening to his tapes/cds and reading his books. She was a true devotee.

Recently a Guild friend Kevin Banet who prays with our online community almost every morning wrote two articles on Father Hardon's reflections on confession and mental illness.
